Good luck to all the industry representatives who have already entered their companies’ projects in to the 7th Annual PACE Zenith Awards program.
The good news for those who are running late is that PACE magazine will now be accepting nominations until Wednesday 23 April — so be quick!
We are expecting a record number of attendees at this year’s awards ceremony, to reflect the strength of our process control and automation industry over the past 24 months. The 7th Annual PACE Zenith Awards will take place on 17 June 2010 at the RACV Club in Melbourne, Victoria.
The Zenith Awards started as a humble breakfast event in 2004 and has grown year- on-year to see 200 engineers, business-owners, site-workers and technology vendors gather at a black-tie dinner ceremony. Last year was no exception, when Sydney’s Doltone House hosted 54 finalist companies — all of which gathered to hear the results of the much-anticipated Awards.
The inaugural PACE Zenith Awards began as an avenue by which industrial companies in Australia and New Zealand could be publicly- recognised and rewarded for their engineering excellence and foresight across eight industries. This year’s Zenith Awards has grown to cover nine industrial categories, which is accompanied by the presentation of an overall Project of the Year award.
All finalists will be automatically-invited to the awards, but for those who don’t enter but would like to come and be a part of this fantastic event, you don’t have to miss out! Please purchase your tickets by contacting our events co-ordinator, Katherine Hodges, at Katherine.Hodges@reedbusiness.com.au or 02 9422 2944.
The Zenith Awards evening is a great way to meet new customers and suppliers, network with industry representatives, or thank your customers for their support over the years.
Don’t forget to watch-out for your official Finalists Issue of PACE magazine next month, which will be mailed to your business early May 2010. This issue profiles all the finalists and their projects that have made it in to this year’s shortlist.
For a nomination kit or to enter your project before 23 April, email me at the below address. I look forward to seeing you all at the event!
