Yokogawa Australia is inviting registrations for its Yokogawa user conference being held on Queensland’s Gold Coast from Wednesday, June 13 to Friday, June 15.
The Yokogawa user conference has been designed with hands-on sessions with Yokogawa’s Vigilant Plant control system and FastTools user interfaces.
A highlight will be the customer presentations, with users sharing their experiences with applications of Yokogawa technology in the resources and utilities sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
There will also be new product sessions on the range of Yokogawa wireless solutions and Yokogawa’s updated Centum and Prosafe systems.
Of particular interest will be a series of hands-on user workshops showing tips and ways of getting the most out of Yokogowa’s operating systems, including developing Sequential Function Charts for the Sebol Language and Stardom Network Controller Training.
The conference officially opens with a cocktail party and registration at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 15, although a series of user workshops will be held earlier Wednesday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
The main presentations will be held from 9:00 am Thursday, leading up to a conference dinner at 7:00 pm. This will be followed by a social networking function on Friday morning at Palm Meadows Golf Course.
More user workshops will be held between 1:00 p m and 5:00 pm Friday, covering Wireless product configuration, Simulator programs, VPS programs and Audit Trail for engineering changes.
Opportunities still exist for customers to register at the conference, to be held at the Sofitel Hotel, Broadbeach, which is offering special accommodation packages.
