ABB Australia have launched the new Response and Warranty Service Contracts for their robotic products.
The package covers the cost of all replacement parts, labour and standard shipping charges. It enables maintenance managers to fix their running costs over the year, making budgeting easier, while being very cost effective.
Contracts are available to both new and existing installations. ABB can inspect robots that have been in service for some time, with the option to rectify any defects prior to the contract beginning. If the robot is in good condition, the warranty can start straight away.

The new package is combined with an annual maintenance inspection, which is essential to keep uptime, optimised throughout the year. These packages are also combined with ABB’s 24/365 SupportLine for technical assistance.
