TURCK Australia Now Offers Direct Sales

TURCK Australia has set up a new direct sales structure, adopted to meet the demand for more comprehensive technical service and support requirements for the country’s growing factory and process automation industry. The new sales structure will provide locally stocked inventory and immediate service with a more aggressive pricing arrangement for the company’s sensing, connectivity and network I/O solutions.

“Over the past 20 years, TURCK solutions have become essential to the expanding Australian automation community,” said Cameron Dwyer, managing director of TURCK Australia. “Our new direct sales structure greatly enhances our ability to provide the very best global technical support at an affordable price, while improving local customer service and off-the-shelf product availability.”

TURCK Australia was established in 2007 to provide a local presence in the factory and process automation market. With the announcement of the direct sales structure, the company will expand installations utilising their diverse range of more than 15.000 sensor, fieldbus, interface, connectivity and network I/O products.

The addition of a direct sales structure allows TURCK to deliver better value to the customer with pre- and post-sales support, with each service professional providing increased knowledge and focus on TURCK’s specific brands and products.

TURCK’s line of products includes advanced sensors, measurement, instrumentation, connectivity, interface and networks for factory and process automation markets.
