Tickets are now available for the 6th annual PACE Zenith Awards night, which will be rewarding outstanding engineering projects in Sydney on Thursday 18th June 2009.
The night promises to be an important event for Australia and New Zealand’s engineering industry, with up to 200 prominent industry members attending.
Winner and highly commended awards will be presented to the top two engineering projects in nine different categories, with the Project of the Year chosen from among these winners:
Automotive & Manufacturing
Chemicals & Petrochemicals
Food & Beverage
Metal Products Manufacturing
Mining, Minerals and Exploration
Oil, Gas & Hydrocarbons
Transport, Power & Infrastructure
Water & Wastewater
Power & Energy Management (new)
Entries for the 6th annual PACE Zenith Awards have been flooding in from some top players in engineering. Past winners have included Holden, Ford, BlueScope Steel, Rio Tinto, Unilever, Shell and Esso, a testimony to the high level of the entries.
The Zenith Awards for 2009 are proudly sponsored by: AMS Instrumentation and Calibration, Endress+Hauser, ifm efector, Mitsubishi Electric, Pilz Safe Automation, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric and Siemens Ltd. Schneider Electric also sponsors the Project of the Year Award.
Roger LaSalle, director of LaSalle Matrix Thinking, will be speaking on the night, covering the topic ‘Innovate or Perish’.
