Bestech Australia introduces a new range of thermal imaging cameras from Micro-Epsilon specially tailored to requirements in the glass industry.
The new thermoIMAGER G7 is an industrial thermal imaging camera featuring a spectral range of 7.9µm to reliably measure even thin glass sheets. Similar to all TIM models, the license-free analysis software of G7 is equipped with a line scan feature that enables the monitoring of thermal processes even with difficult fields of vision.
Micro-Epsilon’s TIM G7 thermal imaging cameras find application in flat glass industry; glass processing and finishing; and glass for displays and solar applications.
Key features of the TIM G7 thermal imaging camera include line scan function at no extra cost; very large measurement range from 200°C to 1500°C; optimised spectral response for flat glass production; and comprehensive integration possibilities due to process interface and TIM Connect.
Key characteristics include measurement speed 80Hz; thermal sensitivity 130mK; optical resolution 382 x 288 pixels; ambient temperature up to 70°C (with cooling enclosure up to 240°C); and selectable optics 38° or 62°.
