LogiCamms has appointed Steve Banning as Managing Director of the company. Banning will commence his position with LogiCamms on 18 October 2011.
The incoming MD has experience across the resources and energy industry, most recently as CEO of Epic Energy from 2007 until 2011. In his role as CEO of Epic Energy, Banning led the business through a period of significant growth in its infrastructure under management, particularly in relation to services to the hydrocarbons sector.
Prior to his role as CEO at Epic Energy, Banning held roles as General Manager Commercial of Epic Energy and Group Manager at Duke Energy International.
Banning said of his appointment to LogiCamms: "I am delighted to be given the opportunity to lead LogiCamms through the next stage of its growth as a market-leading engineering, project delivery and asset management business."
The Executive Chairman of LogiCamms, Peter Watson will resume his role as Non-Executive Chairman upon Banning commencing his role as Managing Director.
