South Cross Electrical Engineering’s managing director Simon High has announced he will retire.
High has been in the role since August 2010.
Commenting on his decision, High said “SCEE is an excellent company with a good reputation and a very strong balance sheet built up up over a number of year; whilst SCEE has developed a sound growth strategy, it is important for the incumbent CEO to be able to take full ownership of both implementation and execution of that growth cycle, which was the prime consideration for the Board and me as to the timing of my retirement”.
The board has begun a formal search process for a new CEO.
High will remain in the role until a new head is appointed.
