Global software developer Cincom Systems has signed an agreement with pharmaceutical engineering consultancy, Synertec, for the latter to distribute and implement Cincom’s Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management Software (ECQM) for the manufacturing industry.
The Memorandum of Understanding agreement between the two companies will see Synertec become an implementation partner of Cincom ECQM in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia/Pacific region.
Cincom ECQM is designed to help manufacturers improve revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction by delivering an integrated suite of solutions that resolve issues and prevents recurrence, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
The ECQM was designed specifically for both the Life Sciences and Manufacturing industry, and after the agreement is finalised Synertec will provide implementation support into the region, and especially in the Life Sciences sector.

According to Synertec managing director, Michael Carroll, Cincom and Synertec will complement each other’s portfolios.
