TaKaDu has formed a partnership with Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) to serve the Australian and New Zealand markets by offering the former’s Water Network Monitoring solution.
TaKaDu’s Water Network Monitoring solution helps water utilities take control of their networks by giving them real-time knowledge and alerts about inefficiencies and water loss in addition to other problems in their water distribution assets.
The TaKaDu solution uses existing meter and sensor readings and advanced algorithms to detect, identify and report network events, such as leaks, bursts and other anomalies.
TaKaDu’s product is delivered using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model enabling quick set-up and ease of use, requiring no changes to existing equipment or any upfront investment.

This partnership between TaKaDu and SKM enables clients to implement water saving initiatives and other operating efficiencies.
It combines the monitoring and diagnostic capabilities offered by the TaKaDu system with SKM’s knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand water network systems, and the ability to provide the local resources and expertise.
SKM’s client base also includes industrial and mining customers with operationally critical water networks, where the application of TaKaDu’s unique solution can deliver further value.
