Schneider Electric has united its Clipsal and Power businesses, creating a new Clipsal and Schneider Electric Partner Business unit.
This move comes after Schneider’s majority acquisition of Australian electrical accessories company Clipsal in 2004.
The new Partner business will be led by David Gardner, and the two brands will work under one strategy to support Schneider Electric’s drive for growth, efficiency, and innovation in the Pacific.
According to Schneider Electric, it will continue to build on both the Clipsal and the Schneider brands, while supporting commonalities within the business.
Recently, Schneider Electric and Clipsal together launched the EcoXpert program, which offers medium sized electrical contractors access to a global training and certification program.
