Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management and automation, has been named as one of Australia’s top ten most attractive employers for job seekers by employment firm Randstad.

Released last week, the annual survey of 7795 potential job seekers saw Schneider Electric come in at number nine, alongside other commended Australian employers including Qantas, ABC, Virgin Australia, PwC, Coca-Cola Amatil and Seven West Media.

Schneider Electric’s Zone President for Australia and New Zealand, Gareth O’Reilly, said: “We are honored to have been recognised as one of Australia’s most desirable companies to work for. At Schneider we have a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, as well as learning and development; core values that build the foundation of our business culture.”

According to the survey findings, work-life balance, job security, and career progression were listed as top considerations for job seekers.

Schneider Electric’s Vice President of Human Resources Pacific, Pip Russell, said: “At Schneider Electric, we believe in providing employees with a platform for professional and personal fulfilment through a high-performance culture, employee well-being, flexible work arrangements, as well as continual skill growth.”
