The head of oil and gas company Santos has said that industry collaboration hubs
are important for the future economic growth of South Australia.
Speaking
at the Shaping The Future of SA series, Knox, the managing director of Santos
since 2008, said that hubs such as Tonsley precinct were important for linking SMEs
with researchers.
“Collaboration
is absolutely key in a state the size of SA,” News Corp reports him as saying.
“You need at
least three hubs because you want diversity and you want SMEs to participate.”
