Profibus accredited training, book now

The Profibus Association of Australia (PAA) advises that there are still some places left for a series of accredited Profibus training courses to be run by UK Profibus trainer Andy Verwer this November in Perth and Brisbane, so interested parties should book now.

The courses are being organised by the PAA in conjunction with the Profibus International Training Centre (PITC).

Course trainer, Andy Verwer has over 30 years of experience working and teaching in the automation and control industry and is a key member of the Profibus International organisation in the UK. Over 200 Profibus graduates in Australia have attended a training seminar conducted by Andy Verwer, says PAA.

The courses include: A one-day Certified Profibus Installer Course; a one-day Profibus Commissioning & Maintenance Course; and a three-day Certified Profibus Engineer Course.

These courses can be taken separately or joined together in a week of certified Profibus training. The Perth sessions will be held at the ATI Mirage and commence 9 November. The same series of courses will be held at the Rendezvous hotel in Brisbane and commence 16 November.

The Installer and Engineer Courses both include theory and practical tests. These are accredited through Profibus International Competency Centre (PICC) at Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. The names of all graduates are placed on the Profibus International website.
