National Instruments has announced open registration for the 2009 NI Technical Symposiums, the company’s free annual professional development series of conferences that reaches 33 countries and 41 cities around the world.
Engineers can attend technical presentations and learn more about new products, participate in technology-focused discussions and attend exhibits on the latest solutions in design, control and test.
Proudly supported by ferret.com.au, Electronics News and PACE magazines and coming to Brisbane, Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne, the 2009 NI Technical Symposiums offers an abundance of new, innovative technical sessions and an opportunity to network with hundreds of engineers, scientists, developers, educators and National Instruments Alliance Partners.
Event dates and locations include the following:
• Thursday 7th May, Auckland
• Thursday 14th May, Brisbane
• Tuesday 19th May, Sydney
• Thursday 21st May, Melbourne
“With technologies continuing to advance so rapidly, it is becoming more challenging for scientists and engineers to keep abreast of the latest technologies so they can leverage the most effective products for their applications,” said National Instruments Australia regional director, Matej Krajnc.
“NI Technical Symposium sessions focus on how the latest advancements in computing, networking and embedded technologies are impacting local engineers and scientists across a broad range of industries and applications, and show them how the graphical system design platform can help reduce the cost of their systems, from the designing and prototyping phases through to deployment.”
During keynote presentations and technical sessions, attendees hear from NI engineers and managers on the newest NI products, including LabVIEW 8.6, the latest version of the graphical system design platform for test, control and embedded system development. There will be guest user solution presentations from at each location.
