Macquarie Switchboards has established a new low voltage electrical switchboard manufacturing facility at Wetherill Park, Sydney.
The new facilities will manufacture advanced technology, custom and modular electrical switchboards for applications including industrial, commercial, hospitality, health, infrastructure, retail and financial institutions.
Macquarie Switchboards was founded by Peter Silsby (pictured here), who has more than 25 years experience in the field and is a former President of the National Electrical Switchboard Manufacturers Association, NESMA.
The company, headquartered at Wetherill Park in Sydney, specialises in the design, manufacture and testing of custom-engineered low voltage electrical switchboards which can be constructed to short lead times as required.
Modular construction allows specifiers a high degree of flexibility for enhancement of the switchboards during manufacture and for additional upgrades and extensions in the field.
"Macquarie Switchboards offers advanced skills in the areas of production planning and electrical fabrication and can offer plant risk assessments and site co-ordination and planning," said Silsby.
