The IICA is trialling a new format for its Table Top exhibitions this year, writes president Dirk Kuiper.
The Institute of Instrumentation, Control and Automation (IICA) is trialling a new focus for its Table Top exhibitions this year, on the vast array of new products that are showcased at these events. The new format will commence with the Wagga Table Top on Wednesday 24 March at Wagga RSL in New South Wales, followed by the Newcastle Table Top on Wednesday 14 April at Wests Leagues Club in New South Wales.
Exhibitors have been requested to supply information on one product they would like included in the new-look email invitation which will be distributed to potential visitors to the shows.
“The idea stems from the committee wanting to ensure high visitor attendance to the Table Tops and to lure regular and new visitors to the show,” said IICA NSW secretary, Julie Meynell.
“By focusing on specific product types, potential visitors will know what they can expect to see.”
Free Demonstration and Technical Sessions will also be held throughout the afternoon at the Wagga Table Top to provide important education and information on the following topics:
· ‘Building Power Monitoring’ by Hubert Habicht (APCS)
· ‘PC 1600 Controller Application Example’ by Richard Gobee (OEM)
· ‘How to install a drive’ by Craig Southwell (Schneider Electric)
· ‘Demonstration of Jobs Board’ by Ray Pavri (Sustainergy).
· Admission to these events is free. Please register by emailing nsw@iica.org.au
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to promote your new products and current items to a wide range of visitors at IICA Table Tops.
Please visit the IICA website (www.iica.org.au) or email Julie Meynell at nsw@iica.org.au for further information on IICA Table Tops.
