Multi-million dollar contracts for three local tech companies

Fyshwick-based CEA Technologies is one of three local companies awarded contracts valued at $7.4 million by Northrop Grumman.

CEA Technologies specialises in the design, development and manufacture of advanced radar and communications solutions. It is part of Northrop Grumman’s expanded global supply chain.

The other two Australian companies awarded contracts from Northrop Grumman are Electro Optic Systems (EOS), based in Mt Stromlo, and Insitec in Fyshwick.

EOS develops advanced electro-optic technologies for aerospace and space surveillance and control. Insitec is a software design company.

The companies were selected by Northrop Grumman under the Australia Defence Materiel Organisation's Global Supply Chain Program.

Northrop Grumman says it will continue to seek opportunities to invest in Australian companies whose operations and business objectives mutually benefit the U.S. and Australian governments.
