Motor management and protection now with Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP protocols

The TeSys T advanced motor monitoring, control, and protection system provides performance, efficiency, and connectivity. 

Now, with the added benefit of Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP, TeSys T gives you easier integration of a motor management system with PLCs and controllers, while actively supporting your energy efficiency and production optimisation strategy. 

The TeSys T now includes a two-port Ethernet switch and supports Daisy Chain and Ring (Daisy Chain Loop) topologies, so if one network cable is damaged, commands can be received via another cable. The added connectivity also means installation downtime can be minimised. In the case of a bus failure, there is an automatic recovery time of less than 500 milliseconds.

The Faulty Device Replacement (FDR) service means that using configuration software to replace a damaged product is no longer necessary, as the new TeSys T will automatically download the configuration file from the PLC once connected to the network.

In addition to these points, TeSys T with Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP gives you:
