InMotion Engineering launched InService, a new maintenance division to the service and repair both InMotion and Mercer equipment across the country.
InService is led by experienced fitter and turner Mr Alan Tonkin and is comprised of a team of specialist technicians fully trained in InMotion and Mercer product lines.
InMotion Managing Director Neil O’Hare said InService reinforced InMotion’s position as Australia’s one-stop-shop for all conveying and materials handling systems.
“InMotion’s InService team handles our products day-in, day-out so if anyone understands what makes them work effectively, they do,” Mr O’Hare said.
“Through InService our clients can be confident they are getting high-quality, yet cost-effective, service from a team of technicians with superior knowledge of InMotion and Mercer equipment.”
Mr O’Hare said Mr Tonkin’s experience in engineering and maintenance made him the perfect choice for the role of InService Manager.
“Mr Tonkin is committed to providing the best maintenance and repair service for our valued customers by using only genuine InMotion and Mercer parts, advanced diagnostic equipment and by ensuring all repairs are carried out to a very high standard.
