In line with our global focus on the promotion and development of young talent, our graduate program offers excellent development opportunities within a unique multi cultural environment,” said the CEO of ABB Australia, John Gaskell.

“Throughout their rotations, graduates are constantly given the opportunity to test their skills and to learn from, and impress business managers across the organisation. Our graduates have been given a variety of challenges and accountabilities and the results both for the business and for the individuals so far have been outstanding. Once at the end of the 2 year rotation program our graduates are hot property for the business. Our Senior Leadership Team has a vested interest in the growth and development of our young talent and we look forward to the continued success of the program,” concludes John
