Live Chat service offers control product information 24/7

Advantech’s Live Chat internet service which allows Advantech customers to talk online to trained technicians is now available 24 hours a day, five days a week, allowing users to garner product and service advice at a time that suits them.

The eStore service, located at, is manned by 25 trained sales engineers who can answer customer questions over the Live Chat function.

Engineers can help with products from all around the world, with agents based in Australia, China, Europe, Malaysia, North America and Taiwan, covering all Advantech product lines.

Languages including English, Chinese, German, Italian, Spanish and French are offered allowing Advantech customers from different areas of the world to gain insight into the company’s offerings.

“With this kind of commitment any time our customers visit the eStore they can speak to a Live Chat Agent, with 24 hours of support Monday through to Friday,” said a press release from the company.

The eStore appears in all corporate Advantech websites.
