Lincoln Electric has launched its new and updated range of high technology welders in a two-pronged approach displaying the new line up at major trade expos on both sides of the Tasman.
The new models were unveiled at the Engineering Machinery and Electronics Exhibition EMEX in Auckland in early May and a week later presented the range at the National Manufacturing Week expo at Sydney Showgrounds at Homebush.
Lincoln’s updated range from the Ranger 250 GXT and 305 D through the REDI-MIG Plus models to the Powerwave C300 and POWERPLUS models, as well as the latest engine drive welder/generators, gave the company a drawcard at both shows.
According to Steve Allen, sales and marketing manager for Lincoln Electric Australia, the new range is the biggest overhaul of the product line up in many years and gives it an arsenal of products to help maintain its position as market leader in welders.
"In terms of communicating our new product range to a large part of our target audience these expos have been vital in getting our message to the market," said Steve Allen.
