Invensys Operations Management has opened the 2013 User Conference Fremantle in Western Australia,
The conference runs from May 5 to 8.

The conference, being hosted at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, features user presentations, case studies and technical training covering SCADA, Business Intelligence, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Critical Control and Safety.

The conference has an exclusive session for the Mining and Oil & Gas industries titled “Mine of the Future/Digital Oilfield of the Future”, where the latest trends and technologies currently being applied in mining, ports, oil and gas will be discussed.
These sessions have thought leaders from leading organizations providing insights into globally adopted solutions.
Invensys sources told PACE that the 2013 conference has shown significant growth in attendee numbers compared with the last Invensys User conference held in the Gold Coast in November 2011.
