Honeywell will hold its 20th annual Pacific users group symposium, themed Power to Perform, from August 24-27 at the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle, Australia. Industrial manufacturers will attend the conference to learn about the latest process technology and share best practices for improving business performance.
Presentations will focus on the challenges facing the industry, such as the aging workforce and greenhouse gas emission abatement measures.
Honeywell customers will share information on how their companies apply automation technology to solve specific problems and achieve safe, reliable and efficient process operation.
The symposium program, developed by users for users, will also include presentations on industrial Ethernet, advanced process control and the importance of project management within mega resource projects. Honeywell experts from the USA and Pacific will be present to share the latest roadmap information and pass on their detailed knowledge.
“Our clients are constantly working to improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of their industrial plant operations,” said Tony Cosgrove, Managing Director, Honeywell Process Solutions Pacific. “Reaching the milestone of our 20th successive annual conference demonstrates the significant value of bringing customers together to discuss industry trends, share experiences and obtain the latest information about how Honeywell solutions are being applied in the Pacific and around the world.”
Honeywell will showcase new solutions at this year’s event, including the next generations of OneWireless™, industrial security, field instrumentation, Profit Suite and UniSim technologies as well as solutions from the recently acquired Enraf portfolio and the award-winning Experion Process Knowledge System.
