InduSoft, a provider of HMI/SCADA for all Microsoft supported platforms, has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program for the fifth year in a row.
This status is attained by Microsoft Partners, and it recognises the highest level of technological excellence, marketplace impact, and customer satisfaction. The achievement recognizes the ongoing InduSoft tradition of providing the most innovative products to the marketplace while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program provides a way for customers to identify companies that have proven their commitment and expertise in one or more specialised areas called “Competencies” in the delivery and use of Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners must meet more stringent criteria for each category than those who are unable to achieve the Gold Certification. These criteria include enhanced certification and a portfolio of real-world customer references, and are thus identified as the most skilled partners in specific solution areas.
“This acknowledgment by Microsoft for the fifth straight year validates the strategy we’ve pursued from the beginning-a strategy to provide quality products, for a broad array of platforms, with sterling customer support.” says Marcia Gadbois, Vice President of Business Development at InduSoft. “Without that strategy we could not have achieved this certification level in four different Competencies.”
InduSoft attained Gold Certified status in the following Competencies: ISV/Software Solutions, Mobility Solutions, Business Process and Integration, and Custom Development Solutions.
“Customers are looking for partner companies that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities,” said Allison Watson, corporate vice president of the Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “They need to trust in a company that can act as an expert adviser for their long-term strategic technology plans. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, which have certified expertise and direct training and support from Microsoft, can build a positive customer experience with our technologies. Today, Microsoft recognizes InduSoft as a new Gold Certified Partner for demonstrating its expertise in providing customer satisfaction using Microsoft products and technology.”
Gadbois enthusiastically embraced news of the award, saying “InduSoft is delighted to once again attain Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program. It represents the support of the broad capabilities and deep expertise we consistently deliver to our customers and partners.”
