GE's Industrial Solutions has entered an agreement with Forge Group to provide engineered electrical solutions.
According to GE it brings together the company's medium-voltage electrical equipment and skills with Forge's installation and servicing capabilities.
Under the agreement Forge will supply warranty servicing, installation, and commissioning of GE's medium-voltage equipment in Australia.
In turn GE will supply medium voltage equipment on Forge's asset management projects.
George Gerdan, GE's Industrial Solutions Asia-Pacific general manager, stated that "the relationship with GE will accelerate Forge's growth in Australia's eastern states.
"We believe this is an endorsement of our capabilities in the asset management sector and we are pleased to be working with GE and look forward to growing our joint capabilities across the country".
