The seminars will include keynotes by MathWorks senior staff, technical presentations and demos.
Entitled Data Analysis with MATLAB for Excel Users, the seminar highlights how MATLAB and its add-on products can be used to analyse data more effectively and overcome some of the limitations in Excel.
Through demonstrations, engineers will show how to use MATLAB to:
-Access data from many sources, including spreadsheets (such as Excel), various file formats, databases, hardware acquisition and test and measurement instruments, and other software applications
-Quickly explore, analyse, and visualise data with easy-to-use visual interfaces and built-in engineering functions
-Perform signal processing, statistical analysis, curve fitting, and more
-Customise and automate analysis and reporting
-Develop and deploy applications
