Find All Electrical Jobs and PACE join forces to enhance job search experience

  • Arrangement builds on existing synergies – PACE for comprehensive news, products and technology and findallelectricaljobs for all career information
  • Objective is to bridge skills gap faced by industry
  • Create a common platform for stakeholders with an interest in the electrical niche

With millions of job seekers online every day, the team at www.findallelectricaljobs.com.au has created a unique site for those with an electrical background to find all the latest jobs, career advice,  news, events and discussion topics in one spot.

Find All Electrical Jobs was the brainchild of Ray Pavri (pictured alongside), who has been consulting within this industry for over 15 years.

He discovered that the electrical jobs sector is viewed as a small part of overall engineering and hence ignored or not given due emphasis by many players in this market. Pavri recognised the unfulfilled need and devised various value propositions to serve this niche.

He devised the site as a jobs search platform where internal recruiters in direct hiring companies, job seekers, institutions and ancillary service providers meet with the common objective of addressing the skills shortages experienced by some industries (oil & gas, building services, telecommunications) and the skills abundance felt by other industries such as manufacturing.

Pavri launched the initial site in July 2010. “We have since evolved and are constantly looking for strategic initiatives to ensure the site meets its objective of becoming a one-stop shop for electrical talent,” he explains.

“The skills shortage in our industry is an area of concern,” says Kevin Gomez, Editor at PACE magazine. “We’re pleased to work with Ray Pavri and his team to better assist the communities we serve.”

With this arrangement in place, www.findallelectricaljobs.com.au will be in a strong position to promote current opportunities from direct hirers to key industry sectors. Visitors to the jobs site will benefit from updated and relevant industry news drawn from www.pacetoday.com.au
