Exclusive ABB analyser launch planned for Ozwater 09

Power and automation technology group, ABB, is planning to exhibit at Australia’s National Water Conference and Exhibition, Ozwater 09, which is shaping up to be the largest exhibition of water technologies, processes, equipment and materials ever assembled in Australia.

Ozwater 09 is being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 16th to 18th March 2009.

Now in it’s 23rd year, Ozwater 09 will operate around the theme, ‘From Challenges to Solutions’, and will bring together manufacturers, suppliers, water utility companies, consultants, researchers and academics, government representatives, media and the community to discuss and address the wide range of issues that face the water industry today.

Various process and control companies will be in attendance to showcase their solutions for the water industry.

ABB is encouraging visitors to visit Stand V24 to view the company’s range of automation and control products and also to discuss solutions for water applications with ABB’s product experts who will also be on-hand.

Ozwater will be the official product launch of ABB’s Aztec 600 iron, aluminum and manganese analysers. The Aztec 600 has been designed specifically for measurement in ground waters, surface waters and potable waters, and offers reliable, accurate, on-line analysis of iron up to 5 ppm, says ABB.

Designed with the operator in mind, the analyser provides all the advanced features that water treatment plants require, but is simple to install, operate and maintain, the manufacturer said.
