Kaeser has developed a new range of energy-efficient screw blowers which will be showcased at the upcoming WIOA Victorian Water Industry Operations Exhibition in August and September this year. Manufactured at the company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Germany, the EBS series screw blowers use up to 35 per cent less energy than conventional rotary blowers, according to the company.
Energy savings are achieved through a combination of a blower screw compressor block with high-efficiency Sigma Profile rotors, flow optimised components, efficient power transmission and drive components that ensure high performance in accordance with ISO 1217 requirements.
