Brevini Australia managing director resigns

Brevini Australia’s Chris Bayliss will be leaving his post as managing director for undisclosed reasons and has announced the appointment of his replacement, Greg Bunn.

Bunn, who joined the company in May 1998 to start the Mobile Division, reportedly moves up from the position of national sales manager.

Before he joined Brevini Australia, Bunn was product manager and was doing engineering support in another company, working in the field of hydraulics. As head of the Mobile Division he oversaw the marketing and sales of Brevini Fluid Power Products, in conjunction with mobile gearing and winches.

Bunn started his career working on the shop floor before moving up to workshop manager and other manager roles. He held the position of national sales manager for four years before the promotion.

Bunn will start immediately as head of Brevini Australia, just as the company completes the move to new head office and plant at Girraween, in Western Sydney.
