The new Hioki CM7290/1 waveform and loggers can be combined with Hioki clamp-on sensors to log frequency, frequency shift, rms values and peak values of current, as well as waveforms. Current sensors include flexible current sensors suitable to 6000 amps (10Hz to 50kHz) and AC/DC clamp-on transducers to a maximum current of 2000 amps (to 10kHz).
The product’s auto-zero function permits long term logging of solar panels subjected to wide temperature variation without manual zeroing. It communicates with a smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth to display measured values and waveforms in real time, and both the CM7290 and CM7291 can output to Hioki waveform recorders.
