Axioline F I/O modules in extended temperature range

Phoenix Contact presents a new range of I/O modules designed for signal acquisition in control cabinets in extreme conditions.

The Axioline F I/O system from Phoenix Contact now includes versions with an extended temperature range of -40°C to 70°C.

Based on standard versions, the robust IO modules with the XC (extreme conditions) extension include bus couplers, digital and analogue input and output modules as well as a range of function modules.

The PCBs used in the I/O modules are coated with a special paint to improve their resistance to moisture and corrosive gases. The new XC versions are ideal for use in applications involving harsh ambient conditions such as wind power plants or solar parks in regions with extreme climates.

Similar to the complete Axioline F I/O system line, the new XC versions have particularly high immunity to interference up to 8 kV, rapid signal acquisition capability, and a highly robust design, allowing them to handle mechanical loads such as shocks up to 30 g.
