Three solution providers from across the globe will now team under one umbrella organisation.
USA-based Advanced Automation LP, Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based engineering and system integration company, Innovative Automation & Engineering, FZE (IAEF), and Engro Innovative Automation Pvt. Ltd. (EIAL), an automation service provider in Lahore, Pakistan, will now operate under the name of Avanceon.
The three companies started their affiliation back in March 2007 but remained identified under the different company names. The new company name will help to reinforce the single brand identity that has emerged over the last 16 months, officials said.
The former Advanced Automation’s Exton, Pennsylvania., offices will be Avanceon’s worldwide headquarters for the operations and continue to be the management center for global services and solutions.
End-users in the eastern hemisphere will work with the regional operations center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Users in Southeast Asia will work with the regional operations center in Lahore, Pakistan.
“This move is part of a global restructuring of our company,” said Robert Zeigenfuse, formerly president and chief executive of Advanced Automation, who will now serve as chief executive of Avanceon.
“It will make Avanceon much stronger, with significant working capital, and the ability to leverage the technology and business process knowledge from a global community,” he said.
“We believe our new name, Avanceon, supports the value of the brand, and it communicates the unique strengths and memorable attributes that are important to our customers around the world,” said Bakhtiar Wain, former president of EIAL and IAEF, and now the president of the regional operations centers in Dubai and Lahore.
