ADM Instrument Engineering announces the release of a new range of 100W
DIN rail power supplies from Mean Well.
Following the recent launch of the DRC-40 (40W) and DRC-60 (60W) DIN
rail mounted power supplies with battery charging capabilities, Mean Well is
now introducing the DRC-100 100W version. The DRC-40 and DRC-60 power supplies have
been well received in the market and the DRC-100 is also expected to do equally
well, especially in projects where UPS type functionality is required.
Recommended for use in security or utilities applications, the new Mean
Well DRC-100 100W power supplies incorporate many of the features of the DRC-40
and DRC-60 versions including a wide input range of 90~264VAC; TTL signal
and relay contact for AC OK; low battery alarm signal; and choice of 13.8VDC or
27.6VDC output voltages.
Cooling in the fanless DRC-100 will be purely by free air convection with
no moving parts to fail. Key features also include wide ambient operating
temperature; short circuit, overload and over voltage protection; low battery
cut off; battery reverse polarity protection; and front panel DC voltage
adjustment.
